Shipping & Returns

Here you'll find all the information about shipping, delivery times, pickup and returns. Our Terms and Conditions also apply, as does the right of withdrawal for consumers.

Shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT. The shipping costs for your order are shown to you clearly once more before you complete the order.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated for the individual item, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. For special orders or items that are out of stock, the delivery time may differ – in that case we will inform you as quickly as possible.

If an item is expected to be unavailable for a longer period, we will contact you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.

Delivery area

We deliver within Germany. Deliveries abroad are possible by individual arrangement – simply contact us in advance.

Pickup

By prior arrangement, you can also collect your order from us on site free of charge:

We will let you know as soon as your goods are ready for collection.

Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can return items within this period without giving any reason. You can find all the details – in particular regarding deadlines, the process and exceptions – in our withdrawal policy, including the model withdrawal form.

Please note: as the buyer, you bear the direct cost of the return. There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made or procured specifically to your specifications (special orders), or for certain sealed goods once the seal has been removed.

How to return

• Notify us of your withdrawal (e.g. by email to kontakt@konya-garage.de or using the model withdrawal form).
• Pack the goods as securely as possible – ideally in the original packaging – and enclose a reference to your order.
• Send the goods to: Konya Garage, Kreuzenstraße 60, 74076 Heilbronn.
• After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

Transport damage

If the goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report this to us and/or the carrier as soon as possible. This is not strictly necessary for your statutory rights, but it helps us to assert our own claims against the shipping service provider.
